How to sell more skincare from your clinic, without pressure

Most clients want to look after their skin at home. They do not buy because they cannot remember what you said, which product it was, or where to get it. Selling more skincare is mostly about making your advice easy to follow.

1. Recommend during the consultation

Talk about home care while you look at the skin, not at the till. Link each product to what you saw: "this is for the dryness on your cheeks". A recommendation that answers the client's own concern does not feel like a sale.

2. Write it down

A product named in conversation is forgotten by the car park. Give every client a written routine: what to use, when, and in what order. Add a photo of each product so they recognise it.

3. Explain why

One line per product is enough: what it does and why it suits them. Clients buy what they understand.

4. Offer a choice

Give a budget and a premium option where you can. A client who cannot afford your first choice still buys something that works, and trusts you more for offering it.

5. Make buying easy

Let the client ask to buy from the plan itself, or use a link to your shop with your discount code next to it. Every extra step loses sales.

6. Follow up when it runs out

A product lasts weeks. A short reminder when it is likely to run low, sent only to clients who agreed to reminders, brings them back at the right time.

How FacePlan helps

In FacePlan every plan carries the products, photos, prices, routine and reasons. Your client asks to buy with one tap, and you see the request at once. You can add a budget or premium alternative, a buy link with your checkout code, and product reminders for clients who say yes.
