Questions about FacePlan
What is FacePlan?
FacePlan gives every client a personal aftercare and skincare plan on their phone. You build it after a consultation or treatment: the products you recommend, the treatments you suggest, your advice and their morning and evening routine. Your client keeps it, asks to buy, asks to book and sends you messages and progress photos from it.
How much does it cost?
£32 a month per practitioner. There is no commission on anything you sell. New clinics get a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged until it ends.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. The service carries on until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your client opens their plan from a link in an email, on any phone or computer. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
What can a plan include?
Products, with photos, prices, buy links and your checkout codes, and a budget or premium alternative
Treatments, with a link to book in your booking system
Your advice, and a morning and evening routine
Progress photos and messages between you and your client
Follow-ups and a reminder when it is time for a skin review
Can I bring my products and my client list?
Yes. Import your product list from a spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of a price list, and your client list from a spreadsheet exported from your booking system. Importing clients contacts nobody.
Where is my clients' data kept?
In London, encrypted, and processed under UK GDPR on your clinic's behalf. Your clinic stays in control of its clients' data. The Privacy page lists every company that helps us run FacePlan.
Does FacePlan use AI?
Only where you choose to, for example to draft your clinic page. AI only prepares drafts: you read and correct each one before it reaches a client or a public page. Our AI providers may not use your data to train their models.
What is GrowthPlan?
Your own clinic page on clinics.page that answers new clients' questions and sends their enquiries straight to you, with no commission and no monthly marketing fees. See GrowthPlan.
Can my team use FacePlan?
Yes. The price is per practitioner. The owner invites the team, and each practitioner signs in with their own account.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can download your clients, plans, messages and photos. After your subscription ends you have 30 days to do so, and we email you 7 days before they run out. The Terms explain the details.
