How to get more aesthetics clients without paying commission

Booking sites and lead generators bring clients, but they take a commission on every booking or charge every month. Many clinics can win the same clients themselves, with a few habits and one good page.

Answer the questions before they are asked

New clients ask the same things: what you do, what it costs, when you can see them and what other clients say. If your page answers them, people enquire ready to book. If it does not, they ask several clinics and book with the first clear answer.

Own your page

Social media and booking sites change their rules and show your competitors next to you. A page of your own, with your treatments, your prices if you want to show them, your team and your reviews, works for you only.

Put the same link everywhere

Use one link in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile, on your website and on a QR code at your desk. Every enquiry then arrives in one place, and you can see which place brings them.

Collect reviews after every treatment

Ask every client who finishes a treatment. Real reviews from real treatments are what new clients trust most, and they help your page in search.

Reply fast

The first clear reply often wins the booking. An instant automatic reply that confirms the enquiry, and a personal answer the same day, beat a perfect answer next week.

Never advertise prescription-only medicines

In the UK you may not promote prescription-only medicines to the public, by name or by nickname. Describe the consultation instead, such as "consultation for lines and wrinkles". A good page tool checks this for you.

How GrowthPlan helps

GrowthPlan gives your clinic its own page on clinics.page. It answers new clients' questions, sends every enquiry straight into FacePlan, asks your clients for reviews, and checks your words against common advertising problems. There is no commission on the clients you win. See how GrowthPlan works.
